Despite already implementing a reconciliation tool, Jewson felt that their current solution was not flexible enough to handle the complex requirements for data matching, with a significant amount of time being spent manually reconciling their transactions. “We have been using a simple reconciliation tool to handle our large volume of transactions but after investigating the market, we felt we could get extra support and further cost savings with Adra’s transaction matching solution,” said Janet Knight, Chief Cashier at Jewson.

The accounting team can now use their time far more efficiently, and are able to complete the reconciliation process much quicker.

Adra’s transaction matching solution automates over 1.6 million yearly transactions for Jewson and other affiliate companies of the Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Group. The complex rules for data matching that were required by Jewson were also addressed by the flexibility of Adra’s transaction matching solution.
