Coming off the excitement and success of our 2024 Trintech Connect London User Conference on October 17 at the iconic Shard building in London, we are excited to share the winners of our customer awards ceremony! It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the success, innovation and partnerships we’ve built over the years with our customers. These award winners represent Trintech customers who have achieved outstanding success with our solutions and serve as strong partners and advocates for our solutions.
Adra Hero of the Year Award
Trintech’s EMEA Adra Hero of the Year Award acknowledges our Adra customers who are promoters of our Adra Suite and have set the gold standard for product utilization. Customers nominated for this award included: Mathew Browes with YO! Sushi, Sandra Tween with LVMH Group (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessey), Heidi Bjørbekk with Skagerak Energi, Kim Smith with Urenco Group and Dave Whittall with Avanti West Coast.
The 2024 winner was Mathew Browes with YO! Sushi. Their success using Adra is a testament to our exceptional partnership and ongoing commitment to deepening the relationship. Not only does YO! Sushi demonstrate an ideal vendor/client partnership daily by continuing to expand their usage of our solution, but they also actively try to help other customers by sharing their experiences on the use of our solution through various avenues such as webinars and case studies. We sincerely appreciate their selflessness in helping others succeed.
Cadency Hero of the Year Award
The second award handed out was our EMEA Cadency Hero of the Year, which acknowledges our Cadency customers who have set the gold standard for product utilization and in sharing their success using our solutions with others. Customers nominated for this award were jason Clough with Severn Trent, Guillame Koffi with Panasonic, Mona Gregori with Nissan, and Anna Gubala with AON.
The 2024 winner was Anna Gubala with AON, who has gone above and beyond in demonstrating how Cadency can centralize AON’s reconciliation and close processes across a global organization. She consistently approaches challenges with creativity and innovation, enhancing the value Cadency delivers to the Finance and Accounting departments.
Moreover, Anna has generously shared her experiences, inspiring others to embrace financial close automation on numerous occasions, from customer events to reference calls and more. Congratulations on your success!
ReconNET Hero of the Year Award
Trintech’s EMEA ReconNET Hero of the Year Award acknowledges our ReconNET customers who are true promoters of ReconNET, and who have set the gold standard for product utilization. This year’s nominees were Venkatesh Chanemougananda with Ralph Lauren, Antoine Billet with L’Occitane, Chris Houghton with NewDay and Niels Clausen with Galliford Try.
We were pleased to recognize Chris Houghton with NewDay as our EMEA ReconNET Hero of the Year! As a valued Trintech customer for over 10 years, NewDay has truly been a fantastic partner for us in managing their ReconNET processes and has been able to deliver fantastic automation stats and overall utilization of the solution. Chris Houghton demonstrates keen advocacy for ReconNET through various avenues, such as acting as a reference for the product and being an insightful participant at Trintech events, including our London Connect Conference. Congratulations!
Accurate Hero of the Year Award
Closing out our Hero awards, Trintech’s EMEA Accurate Hero of the Year Award acknowledges our Accurate customers who are advocates of our solutions, and who have set the gold standard for product utilization. The nominees were Luke Wilson with William Hill, Doug Anderson with Curry’s, Lee Bardoe with Link Group, and Robert Waciorski with Metro Bank.
The award for Accurate Hero of the Year went to Lee Bardoe with Link Group. The Link Group has been a client and a keen advocate since 2011. Lee is a strong champion for the huge improvements in the reconciliation accuracy that Accurate has brought the company over their previous reconciliation tools and he consistently seeks out ways to use the real power and flexibility of the tool. We are happy to recognize this success and partnership with this award.
Transformation Trailblazer Award
Trintech’s EMEA Transformation Trailblazer Award acknowledges customers who are utilizing Trintech solutions in a creative and unique way and pushing the boundaries of automation best-practices. This year’s finalists were Ørsted Energy, Bayer, KP, HSBC Bank and LendInvest.
The 2024 EMEA Transformation Trailblazer was the team at LendInvest, as they have emerged as champions for their adoption and expansion of Trintech solutions. Their proactive approach has significantly enhanced their financial close process, as they actively explore complementary modules to create a robust, end-to-end solution. Additionally, their relentless pursuit of excellence, combined with their close partnership with Trintech, has been pivotal in achieving optimal results, and their commitment to innovation and improvement has set a remarkable standard in the industry. We are proud of the success the team at LendInvest has achieved!
Long-Term Achievement Award
As the name implies, Trintech’s EMEA Long-Term Achievement award recognizes our customers who have trusted Trintech solutions for many years. These relationships are especially meaningful to us because at Trintech, we believe our customers’ success is our success, and these customers have all benefitted from long-term success with our solutions. The nominees were: Specsavers, HSBC Bank, Burberry, Whitbread and Experian.
We were proud to recognize Specsavers as our EMEA Long-Term Achievement Award winner because they demonstrated commitment to excellence and innovation over the last eight years. Their dedication to leveraging multiple solutions has not only streamlined their processes but also set a benchmark for industry standards.
We are incredibly proud of the journey we have embarked on together, their trust in Trintech has been instrumental in our mutual growth and success. This award is a testament to their loyalty, collaboration, and the remarkable achievements we have accomplished as partners. Congratulations to the team!
Rising Star Award
Next, Trintech’s EMEA Rising Star Award acknowledges customers who are rapidly expanding their usage of Trintech Solutions. The nominees for this award were AA (Automobile Association), Aptiv Technology, Haleon Healthcare, OMYA Group and IMA Group.
Congratulations to the team at Aptiv, our EMEA Rising Star Award winner! While they have been a valued Trintech customer for almost 20 years, they embody the spirit of continuous improvement, consistently seeking new opportunities to expand their use of Cadency while empowering new product initiatives. This past year alone they have successfully implemented two additional modules within Cadency to help create a more cohesive and integrated financial close process. We look forward to seeing how this expanded solution transforms their processes.
Customer Advocate of the Year Award
For the final award of the day, we presented Trintech’s EMEA Customer Advocate of the Year award, which recognizes individuals who go above and beyond in engaging in our Customer Advocacy program through a wide variety of events and activities. The nominees for this year were Jason Clough with Severn Trent, Amma Gubala with AON, Deanna Lawrence with Bally’s, and Rina Juriado & Madli Apsolon with Finnair.
Congratulations and thanks went to Jason Clough with Severn Trent for his outstanding advocacy efforts. What sets him apart is his dedication to helping other customers understand how to maximize and scale Trintech’s solutions. Jason has participated in every advocacy activity we have, from reference calls to peer reviews to speaking for us at our events. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with and is unbelievably deserving of this award. Trintech is grateful for their unwavering support and for being a true partner in our journey.
Our sincere thanks and congratulations to everyone who was nominated for our 2024 EMEA customer awards at our London event. Moreover, thank you to everyone who attended the event, which had record-breaking attendance, participating in inspirational sessions and engaging in valuable networking opportunities. Special thanks also go out to those who took part in our partner panel Capgemini, Proservartner, Planful and Spencer Partners. We are already planning next year’s event and look forward to more opportunities to help our customers Make Time Count.
