Trintech Connect 2024 North America Customer Awards Winners

Blog post

One of the highlights of our 2024 Trintech Connect North America User Conference in Fort Worth, Texas was our customer awards ceremony on September 25 at Billy Bob’s Texas. It was a fun night of celebration, good food and fun, but mostly, it was a chance to celebrate the success, innovation and partnerships we’ve built over the years with our customers.

Rising Star Award Finalists and Winner

Kicking off the night, we began with the Rising Star Award, which acknowledges customers who are rapidly expanding their usage of Trintech solutions. Our finalists for this year were Coastal Community Bank, Bangor Savings Bank, and Ahold.

The winner in this category was the team at Bangor Savings Bank because they embody the spirit of continuous improvement, consistently seeking new opportunities to expand their use of Trintech’s Frontier reconciliation and certification solution while empowering new product initiatives. With over 80% of their accounts already on Frontier, they continued to push forward, adding five to 15 new reconciliations each month.

Their unwavering commitment to deepening their expertise, in collaboration with the Trintech Professional Services team since going live, positions them for future success. Currently, they manage over 450 reconciliations, along with their certification accounts.
