When it came to financial reconciliation processes, Topcon was finding spreadsheets to be less than ideal. “Our processes were very manual, and our management didn’t have the visibility they needed into our finances to make critical business decisions,” confided Amos Njuguna, General Ledger Accountant at Topcon. “Though the team was very comfortable in Excel, we knew from a leadership perspective that something needed to change.”
